Damage Thresholds

Your Damage Threshold is equal to 10 plus your level plus your Con bonus.

Any time you suffer more than this amount of damage in a single hit, you suffer a debilitating effect in addition to losing Hit Points.

When conscious, you may attempt to use the Recover action: roll a Con check (DC 10 for light injury, 15 moderate, 20 severe). If you succeed, you slide up the scale by 1. You cannot attempt this more than once per long rest.

A healer can attempt to stabilize you using Medicine (same DC, but they can re-try as much as they want).

Any spell costing 1 or more Mana or slots (or the spell Spare the Dying) will improve your condition by 1 automatically (max once per long rest, although you can commute dying to severely injured and disabled any number of times).
