You gain a +2 competence bonus on Wisdom checks when you gamble.

Additionally, once per encounter, you may take any penalty from -1 to -5 on any roll attached to a swift or standard action, prior to rolling. Thereafter, within 3 rounds, you may apply a bonus equal to the opposite of the penalty (-2 becomes +2, etc) to any roll, declared after rolling.

You can select this talent multiple times; each time you take this talent, the competence bonus increases by +2, and the maximum penalty you make take increases by 5.
