Armortech
Armortech is used to make medium and heavy Armor, as well as other items, detailed below.
Armor Augmentations
All armor has upgrade slots (see Upgrades); by default, 1 slot for light armor, 2 slots for medium armor, and 3 for heavy armor. Armor of higher Tech Level has more slots by default. Those with the Armortech skill can gain additional slots.
Armor Plating
The simplest upgrade, and perhaps the most useful.
Grants Resist to a certain type of damage (thermal, kinetic, EM, etc).
Takes up 1 upgrade slot, at any tech level.
