Potions

Potions are one-use consumable items. They are used by imbibing. It is a free action to imbibe a potion, although if it is not already in hand, it is a swift action to retrieve a potion from storage.

Quality bonus
for each die, you also add your skill bonus. For example, with 2 ranks in Alchemy, and an Int of 5, your skill bonus is +12; thus, your strength 1 potions heal for 1d6+12, and your strength 5 potions heal for 5d6+60.
Toxicity
each time you drink a specific potion (e.g. Healing Potion), you gain a debuff for 8 hours. If you drink the same specific type of potion in that time, you suffer 1 con damage, and gain another stack of the debuff (meaning drinking yet another potion would cause 2 damage and add 2 stacks, etc).

Recovery Potion

Recovery Potions are used to aid the healing of Injuries.

The potion of Mana restores lost Mana.
