Shifter

Shifter is a Racial Power Source.

Across every culture, there are innumerable strains of creatures with an animal affinity. Some are human, cursed to take animal form, others have animal souls, but can become human, still others are stranger yet. What they all have in common is the ability to change their form between humanoid and animal, and their animal nature yields many benefits unavailable to ordinary humanoids.
