Brief Manipulate the passage of time.

Know Age

At a DC of 13, you can determine the age of an object or creature you can see. This is defined as the time since birth, for creatures, or time since the object was meaningfully transformed from raw materials into its current form, for objects.

At a DC of 15 or more, you can instead gain a more complex breakdown of an object's history. Each major change for an object, such as repositioning, change of ownership, major repairs or damage, etc, becomes a new period in that object's life. You can learn the timing and changes for the last 3 of those, plus 1 per point above DC 15.

Retroflection

At a DC of 15, you can view the past of a location or object, up to 1 hour ago. At higher DC, you can rewind further:

Haste/Slow

At-will, swift, ranged, concentration, DC 17+; you apply positive or negative Haste to a target creature while you concentrate. The table below shows the limit of haste per DC, as well as the movement speed increase or decrease.

Rewind Time

At-will, swift, ranged, DC 19+; you can reverse the effects of time on an object or creature you can see within range. This can heal damage, repair broken objects, or undo other changes that have occurred recently.

Creature healing is subject to limitations of Reserve Hit Points.

Temporal Stasis

At-will, std, ranged, concentration, DC 21+; subject is frozen in time, unable to take any actions of any kind, and unaffected by any external forces. The spell itself can be dispelled (from the outside) or otherwise subject to antimagic, but otherwise, no mortal force can affect the subject while in stasis.
