| Brief | Awaken animal fury in a creature for increased melee power at the cost of mental faculties |
At-will, std, ranged, concentration, 2 energy; you target a creature within range, causing it to enter a bloodthirsty frenzy. While the effect persists, the target gains the following benefits and drawbacks:
- The target's melee attacks gain Hit Power equal to your Wisdom bonus.
- The target's movement speed increases by 10 feet per Elementalist rank.
- The target can use a reaction to 'shrug off' damage, subtracting medium damage (with the Hit Power bonus) from the damage taken.
- The target finds it difficult to focus on complex mental tasks. They suffer disadvantage to Int, Wis, and Cha rolls. When attempting to cast a spell, they must pass a Wisdom save or fail to cast the spell (1d4: 1 = spell lost, 2 = mistargeted, enemy gets to decide the target, 3 = wrong spell, 4 = wild magic surge).
