At-will, free; you can speak a sentence or phrase, and the words are carried by the wind to a target within 1 mile per rank. The target hears the message clearly, as if spoken directly into their ear.

Tailwind

Passive, emanation 5; you and allies within 5 squares gain a +1 bonus to movement speed per rank.

Elemental Bond

Air elementals understand your speech, and their attitude shifts 2 steps more favorably toward you automatically(hostile->unfriendly->neutral->friendly->ally).
