- Hex of Weakness: subject's attacks and powers inflict half damage. Cha or Str ends.
- Hex of Clumsiness: when subject takes a move action or uses a power, they must pass a Dex/Int save or else fumble it and fail, falling prone if moving, and losing the power if casting. Dex or Int ends.
- Hex of Frailty: subject suffers your proficiency bonus as a penalty to AC and all saving throws. Con or Wis ends.
Or, at rank 2, at-will, std, ranged, 2 Vitae; you lay a grievous curse upon the subject. Choose one of the following effects:
- Curse of Vulnerability: choose one damage type (e.g. fire, slashing, etc). Subject gains vulnerability to that damage type. Str or Cha ends.
- Curse of Lethargy: subject's movement speed is halved. Instead of being able to take a std, swift, and move action each round, subject must pick 2 and lose the 3rd. Dex or Int ends.
- Curse of Distraction: subject has trouble concentration. When initiating a concentration power, or starting a turn with one active, they must pass a concentration check (Wis save) or lose concentration. Con or Wis ends.
Or, at rank 3, at-will, std, ranged, 3 Vitae; you lay a devastating curse upon the subject. Choose one of the following effects:
- Doom of the Body: each round, the subject's max HP lowers by 25%.
- Doom of the Double-Edged Sword: each time the subject inflicts damage, they inflict equal unblockable damage to a randomly chosen ally or themself.
- Doom of Failure: subject suffers -1 to all rolls. On each turn start, this penalty doubles.
