Vas'ynna Alyss is the only daughter of Anar Alyss, noted Senator of Tyr, and Vac'larynn, a high-ranking member of the Arcane Academy. Born into privilege, Sinna was raised in the lap of luxury, with access to the best education and resources. However, her parents' high-profile positions also meant that she was subject to high expectations and scrutiny from a young age. While she excelled in studies and was prepared for a life of political influence, Sinna's true passion lay in self-mastery and adventure. She pursued training in martial arts, and nurtured her psionic talent to a high degree. Much to her parents' chagrin, Sinna eventually left the comforts of home to join the adventuring guild Phoenix Dawn, seeking a life of excitement and purpose beyond the political sphere.
Ancestry
Sinna is an Illari, from a long and intentionally pure line of influential and wealthy Tyran nobles. Her father's name stretches back many centuries, and her mother, born of a prestigious family of mages, is among the higher echelon of the Arcane Academy's administration. When she didn't manifest arcane talents, her parents were initially disappointed, but they soon recognized her psionic potential and supported her training in that area. Few of her ancestors had similar talents, so they didn't expect much beyond a childhood hobby, but nonetheless employed the greatest tutors available, and in their care, she flourished, manifesting a generational talent.
Appearance
Like many Illari, Sinna's skin is unmarked by the sun, living indoors and protected by the wealth of her family. Her hair is a striking platinum blonde, and her eyes are a piercing blue. She has a slender build, fit but not musclebound. She prefers to dress in practical clothing that allows for ease of movement, favoring the gi of her martial arts training.
