The Job

Administrator Kellos, a mid-level bureaucrat in Tyr's Bureau of External Affairs, requires a guild team to facilitate negotiations between two nomadic tribes disputing water rights at Silver Springs Oasis.

The Sandwalker and Thornback clans have shared the oasis for generations under an informal arrangement, but recent drought has strained the agreement to breaking point. Violence has already occurred; Tyr needs the situation resolved before it disrupts eastern trade routes.

Negotiation Objectives

1. Primary: Broker a new water-sharing agreement acceptable to both clans
2. Secondary: Prevent further violence during negotiations
