World Map
TODO: Map and overview of the world.
Notes
The Meta
In the Meta, there's been a large scale effort to consolidate large metropolitan areas into super-cities. Rural areas at highest risk from climate change are largely abandoned. The tech level is substantially beyond actual 2030, so there are a few impressive structures like the Bridge of Gibraltar, but the geopolitical map has not changed much.
The Real
The world has literally changed its shape. Realms that were once banished from Earth, such as Atlantis and Avalon, have returned. The continents have shifted slightly to accommodate the new geography. The Influx has claimed a few areas as their own, and their internal geography is as unknowable as the interior of a black hole.
Geopolitically, the map of the Real is a map of supernatural tribes, not nations. Dense cities are still havens of humankind, but the wilds between them are ruled by various factions of monsters, demons, and other supernatural beings. Disconnected by land, and lacking the convenient technology of the Meta, these human cities are isolated, and generally act as disconnected city-states.
