Alvaerele Tasundrym, also known as the Silent Chosen, is a half-elven Chosen of Mystra and former Magister.

Background

In 576 DR (Year of the Sunless Passage), the sage Alvaerele became Magister after Magister Annath Sunfall, because of his failed experiments, renounced Mystra and all magic. In 592 DR (Year of the Supreme Duelist), Mystra made Alvaerele a Chosen after she tired of being Magister, and Ozgor “the Black Scourge” Hyelvel was granted the position.
