The House of Mirandor is the current ducal house of the Duchy of Mistren of the realm of Impiltur. This old and powerful house served as the first royal dynasty of Impiltur from -106 to 454 DR.
Historic Members
- Sullus Varius Mirandor (-325--255): Supreme General of the legions of Imperator Dharius I of Jhaamdath. Later first dictatus of the abandoned colony of Nova Jhaamdath.
- Ornrath Mirandor (-160--111): Dictatus of Nova Jhaamdath during the pre-monarchic period. Renamed the capitol city of Impil's Tor to Lyrabar, earning the title of Dwarf-friend.
- Gnaius Mirandor (-154--88): High Priest of the Temple of Auppenser in Lyrabar who led the movement to the "many are one" theory of the state faith. Became the first Pontifrex, Vitalis I.
- Inrath Mirandor (-106--47): Dictatus of Nova Jhaamdath in the waning years of the republic. Conducted the first retributive campaigns against Darmonara, earning fame and wealth enough to declare himself first King of Impiltur.
