Changes From Canon

• In 1358, Cyric was killed simultaneously in all timestreams, with the help of god-level psionics (care of Leshara Tanthul). This has caused a lot of paradox, which is still being sorted out.
• A previous change--that Tanalasta was childless, and Azoun V did not exist--has been retconned.
• Azoun IV fathered a bastard, who fathered a daughter in Wilhelmina Dauntinghorn, who in turn sired a claimant of the throne in Wilhelm Grayfall, born 1375, now 10 years old.
• Azoun V, born 1371, took the throne in 1384. Regent Alusair Obarskyr stepped down willingly. (This is all canon)
  • Non-canon: Azoun V is aided by his longtime mentor and confidant Lord Nero, who is secretly Sememmon. Alusair and Caladnei do not trust him.
• In 1372 (or so), Rayanna Rose is named Baroness of the Stonelands in return for pacifying that area. She later marries Sheridan Fairfax-Dauntinghorn in 1375.
• In 1375, Myrmeen Lhal's only son Rowan is married to Queen Alexsanka Dragonsbane of Damara. She steps down as High Lord shortly thereafter. Alusair, seeking a close ally in Myrmeen's place, asks Baroness Rose to rule in Arabel, but she demures, citing too much work in her home province, suggesting her husband in her stead.
• In 1385, Alusair and Caladnei seized Wilhelm Grayfall, naming him the "true" Azoun V, and rallying a significant portion of the War Wizards to their cause. Azoun V (the reigning king) denounces them, stripping Caladnei of her leadership of the War Wizards and naming Laspeera Inthré in her place. The rebels seize Arabel and remain encamped.
