Places

TODO: Where the war is fought, and where it is hidden.

Nations

  • The United States of America — the neutral shore: at peace with everyone, trading with everyone, and about to repatriate its Touched to "their home planes"
  • The German Reich — Falkenhorst's orderly autocracy: Europe from Brest to the Bug, the Levant and the Nile, the Harz Exclusion Zone at its heart, and the Touched in camps
  • The Soviet Union — Reissner's planned arcana: the largest army on earth, a corps of practitioners, the Imperial reliquary, and no allies

Theaters

  • Occupied Europe — TODO: Paris under the swastika, the Maquis in the hills, the sites the Ahnenerbe is digging up.
  • London — TODO: the Blitz, Whitehall's secret departments, and the things moving in the Underground.
  • The Neutral Shore — TODO: New York, Chicago, Los Angeles; where the money, the guns, and the volunteers come from.
