Setting Information
Continental Europe, 1788. Candlelight, powdered wigs, opera houses, plague pits, and the long shadow of an ancien régime on the eve of revolution. Beneath the gilt and the chamber music, something older drinks.

Something about a little girl who wanted to be a ballerina, there was a witch, a vampire family that Evangeline destroyed most of (except Jester).
Vienna:

Pied Piper ghoul king, some sort of Salieri figure, luring people into the sewers with music, quest hook was Aodhan trying to find his missing friends.
Friedrich Abraham is the Salieri, corrupted by an undead necromancer (a lich with no body, only a phylactery)
Istanbul:
