The founder of the Aquarius Group of Companies is Wei Mu tu. He established this company in 2017 with the sole objective of fulfilling the needs of Las Vegas to the fullest. He was a former member of the Constructions and Planning Agency if China’s Ministry of the Interior. It was after he left the post, that he formed this company.
