The team finds out that the Plague doctor is not necessarily a bad guy and she leads them to the witch. She is trying to get revenge on the Vampires who turned her daughter. Witches care a lot about bloodlines and unfortunately the main witch is barren because of all her evil. Her daughter Shea Griffin was rebellious and ended up falling in love with a vampire. He ended up trying to turn her and instead killed her. Effectively ending the witches line. Thus the witch plotted vengeance by annihilating the vampires line through blood magic.
Clues
Tula is in their possession currently, she is unconscious and will remain that way until the confrontation with Rachael and Kafka. Fiona will insist that they go together as a group and she will stay with Tula, she knows how to handle these things. Tula will provide them with the night club. There they will see the real witch and wonder how they could have ever thought that Rachael was the witch as the supernatural darkness is so strong.
The party needs to go and find the head quarters of Open Casket Party House. It is run by Kafka and they may try to confront him about the witch, he of course, will think they are talking about Rachael. He will turn into bugs and run away. Hopefully the party will be able to chase. He'll end up running for Rachael's. Her house will be warded. Before they break in Tula will wake up. They should have Sean stay behind and watch the house while they go back. If Sean can sweet talk Rachael then she'll lead them to the witch as well.
They end up going to the Voodoo lounge after The Docotr tells them that the items they need are being held there and the best way to do this is by a heist.
The Heist

Security: 24 minion security guards, Human, with guns do regular patrols in groups of 2 around the building have a 15% chance of noticing inside man doing anything abnormal, 25% chance of noticing gunman.
Special Security: 6 witches 6 warlocks, Rachael could blend in here and potential disable if trouble. They have 25% chance of spotting inside man doing anything abnormal and 50% chance of noticing gunman. Patrol singly but can summon another instantly through magic.

Racheal: A getaway driver: One part chauffeur and two parts speed freak, your getaway driver is your key to freedom.
Rys: An inside man: Trying to pull off a heist without the proper background information is tantamount to suicide. That’s where your inside man comes in. This undercover employee can take you on an intimate tour behind the scenes so you’ll be ready for your big day. We need someone to come in here and get inside access to the vault and the items needed for it. Plus recon.

Once you've selected your target, make sure you know absolutely everything about it. That includes obtaining building blueprints that identify all entry and exit points, as well as ventilation ducts. Luckily for you, that information can be easily obtained from City Hall. Next comes the real legwork. Get your inside man to provide answers to the following key questions:
Where are the security cameras placed? The cameras are also magically keyed to pick up magic.
Is there a security alarm? If so, is it linked directly to the police? ***begin and end?
What are the store’s/bank’s hours of operation?
Are the store’s/bank’s employees likely to offer resistance?
When is the store/bank at its busiest?
