Legacy is a concept encompassion your physical and spiritual ancestry, your upbringing, any Destiny or Fate mystically appointed to you, magic items bequeathed unto you or in fact stumbled over...quite a lot, really.

It replaces and supercedes the concept of "race" in traditional TTRPGs, and uses the existing rules for Feats and Powers.
