Classes
How about:
Baseline:
- whatever hp
- proficiency is just plain +4. deal with it
- enhanced get a feat per level, but prefer their OP feats
- practitioners get 2 spells and 2 mana per level, and no feats (or maybe they can choose 1/1 + a feat)
- heroes get, at alternating levels:
- bonus proficiency
- bonus feats
- bonus skills (expert, mastery, etc)
- bonus HP
- hero points
Another way of looking at it, is that each level, each class gets:
- Hero
- +0.5 proficiency
- +0.5 hero points
- +1 feat (or skill)
- +whatever HP
- Enhanced
- +1 ability score mod
- cool super feat
- probably loads of HP
- 1 mana
- Practitioner
- 2 spells known
- 2 mana
- 1/5 increase to max spell rank

Feat differences per class
Enhanced have special, unique, powerful feats (e.g. Vampire abilities).
Practitioners get no automatic feats, but they can sacrifice 1 spell known and 1 mana for a feat.
Heroes can use their feats to gain:
- Expertise or Mastery in a skill
- Another "good save"
Anyone can use a feat to gain:
- Proficiency in a new skill (or tool, or weapon/armor, etc)
