Setting PCs Theme: The last years of the 19th century saw a great flowering of the power of technology and vast social changes. Against this machine, the old powers of the world fight for their very survival as their power is seen as just another resource to be exploited. But there are demons on both side of this equation, dark mechanical dreams, and strange and angry gods. Standing in between these dangerous forces and the mass of humanity stand the Nowhere Men, men and women who don't fit into standard society, who can't help but see the strange things that flower as the last century of the millennium approaches.
