Reverend Mother
Her title is "Ma'at Ishnu", or "Reverend Mother". It is the honorific awarded to a High Priestess of Isis, which she is. When addressing her, the proper style is "Your Eminence". Referring to her in the third person, she is "Her Eminence", or, "Her Eminence, Keket, Prince(ss) of the Church". The (ss) is usually omitted.
As a religious title, this is roughly equivalent to a Cardinal (as in the western faiths) or Centire (as in the orthodox faiths). Amongst the larger pagan religions, a comparable title might be Archpriestess (above High Priestess).
Politically, this title is equivalent in stature to the Mulhorandi noble title of "Vizier", roughly equivalent to a Prince or Archduke in other lands. Any actual formal political power would be a function of a formal office, which she does not hold. If she wished, she could establish a bishopric or an archdiocese, and would likely be afforded the de facto political consideration due to one in such a position.
Holy Mother
She is also rightfully entitled to the style "Ma'at Parashnu", or "Holy Mother". Is it the honorific awarded to the Holy Mother of Isis, the supreme pontiff of the church. When addressing her, the proper style is "Your Holiness". In reference, it is "Her Holiness", or "Her Holiness, Keket, Holy Mother, Bishop of Skuld, Vicar of Horus-Re, Seeker of the City of the Dead, Servant of the Sun".
As a religious title, this is roughly equivalent to the Supreme Prophet of the Orthodox faith, or, amongst the pagan faiths, figures such as The Magister or a Chosen.
Politically, this title is comparable to that of a King or Queen, in theory. The power it represents in Mulhorand is second only to the Pharaoh's, and, when compared absolutely to other realms, is exceeded only by that of the monarchs of Thay and other powerful, centralized nations. However, to exercise this power, she would have to be actively fulfilling her role (including being the wife of the Pharaoh), which she is not currently doing.
Since she does not actively perform the duties of Supreme Pontiff, Keket rarely stands on the formality of the title, and prefers, at most, to be referred to as "Ma'at Ishnu" or "Reverend Mother" in the local tongue.
Queen Consort
She is theoretically entitled to the style of "Hemet Nasat Isiset" or "Great Royal Wife". It is the honorific awarded to the Queen Consort, the wife of the Pharaoh of Mulhorand. When addressing her, the proper style would be "Your Majesty". In reference, "Her Majesty", or "Her Majesty, Keket, Most Loyal and Bountiful Wife of His Eternal Majesty the Pharaoh".
However, Keket declined to marry her brother, the Pharaoh, and as such has not been awarded this title.
In such a position, she would enjoy little if any political power.
