Rhangaun (NE male human lich Wizard 28/Archmage 5) is the senior member of the Twisted Rune. Forced into the group because Rysellan the Dark possessed his phylactery, he took control after the founder's death. Dead for more than a thousand years, he is little more than a skeleton with glowing eyes.
