Vanaheim

Vanaheim is the homeworld of the Vanir, an ancient people older in some ways than the Aesir themselves β€” masters of life, growth, prophecy, and the deep psionic arts. Where the Aesir built, the Vanir cultivated; their whole world is a single grown organism, its cities indistinguishable from forests.

The Aesir–Vanir War ended not in destruction but in a hostage exchange and a binding peace. Today Vanaheim is a realm of the empire, its great names β€” Njord, Freyr, and Freyja β€” seated among the Aesir as honored "equals." Not every Vanir believes the word.
