Eltragir

A florid, overweight Chondathan human in his late middle years, Eltragir maintains a glorious blond mustache now going mostly gray. His face is red and bears the appearance of a man who enjoys his drink. He favors the bright colors and bold styles of the newly rich (or at least upper middle class).

Friendly to the point of near-intrusiveness. A gregarious old gossip with a high opinion of himself and his town. A shrewd business man with an eye for profit but who appears to be mostly harmless.
