Alysae Alysae - Female Chondathan human Priestess of Shar

(Female human) Alysae is the owner and proprietor of the Hobbled Lamia Festhall in the Lower Port. Originally from somewhere far south of Waterdeep and Skullport, she found her way to the Port of Shadows after a run-in with the Waterdhavian Watch several summers past. Presumably, she is still wanted.

Adrian Deepwinter Adrian Deepwinter - Male Illuskan human, minor lord of Waterdeep

(Male human) Lord Adrian Deepwinter is a minor noble of the City of Waterdeep. Little is known about the reclusive young noble, save that he maintains a magically protected villa in Sea Ward of the city and is rumored to have contacts throughout the city's underworld.

Qilue Veladorn Qilue Veladorn - Female dark elven priestess, Chosen of Mystra and Elistraee

(Female dark elf (drow)) Qilue Veladorn was the youngest of the "Seven Sisters", the Chosen family of Mystra, goddess of magic, and was a drow cleric of Eilistraee as of 1372 DR. She was the high priestess of the Promenade, a powerful secret temple to both goddesses deep beneath Undermountain.

Rand Orlack Rand Orlack - Male Illuskan human, Pirate Lord of Skullport

(Male human) Rand Orlack is the cruel and brutish "Commodore" of the former pirate fleet of Captain Ridley. He is currently deceased.

Skum Lord Skum Lord - Aboleth theurge, servant of the Kraken Society

(Aboleth) The Skum Lord was the primary agent of the Kraken Society in Skullport. It owned almost forty percent of Skullport's buildings and inhabitants. If a person refused or could not pay their monthly rent, the Skum Lord's skum servitors would drag them off to the monster's lair for sinister purposes.

Zstulkk Ssarmn Zstulkk Ssarmn - Yuan-ti abomination, Lord of Iron

(Male Yuan-ti) Zstulkk, a yuan-ti abomination hailed from Hlondeth, was one of the most prominent slavers in Skullport. He realized the limitation to independent slave trade, so in 1363 DR, he founded—together with fellow slaver and priest of Loviatar, Quinan Varnaed—the Iron Ring Consortium. Zstulkk maintained a cadre of yuan-ti purebloods and half-breeds under him.

Misker the Pirate Tyrant Misker - Elder orb beholder, Smuggling Lord

(Beholder) Misker the Pirate Tyrant was the vain and bombastic beholder smuggler king in Skullport. His twisted mind held a centuries worth of secrets and he never, ever forgot a slight.
