- enemies suffer vulnerable 5 (physical weapons) for 1 rd, stacks and refreshes
- allies gain +2 Hit Power for 1 rd, stacks and refreshes
- Yellow:
- enemies suffer -50% movement, interrupts charges, grounds fliers
- allies gain +6 movement and +3 to defense for 1 rd, refreshes
- Blue
- enemies suffer 10% spell failure chance for 1 rd, stacks and refreshes
- allies gain 1 temp mana per rd
Color Spray
At-will, std, ranged, 1 target; various effects.
- Red: medium fire damage plus same ongoing for 3 rds
- Yellow: lightning?
- Blue: frost?
Meta:
- +1 mana: becomes a cone 3
Color Veil
At-will, swift, wall 3; various effects.
- Red: blocks physical missiles and slows melee attacks
- Yellow: blocks gases, fluids, and breath weapons
- Blue: dispels magic, blocks antimagic, intercepts dispelling
