Blink: At-will, move; you teleport to a location you can see within your normal movement range.
Fey Step: Exclusive to Invokers. You move through the Feywild in order to blink. This is instantaneous in the Prime Material plane, but not in the Feywild--the journey could take seconds, minutes, or even longer, although your memories of it fade quickly upon returning to the real world, like those of a dream. Consequences are rare, but occasionally you may be marked by your journey, or get the attention of something that might try to follow you through it.
Rank 2
Dimension Door: Encounter, std; you create a portal within range, large enough for a large or smaller creature to transition through, matched with another portal at a location you specify within 1 mile/level. To correctly target the portal, roll a Spellcraft check; failure can scramble the location of the portal, or worse. Anyone can transit through the portal in either direction while it's open. It remains open for 1 round, but you can sustain it with full-round actions by passing a Willpower check each round, DC 10 + 5 per round.
Refuge: Divine Exclusive. Daily, std, close burst 5; you teleport yourself and willing subjects in the area to the nearest location sacred to your deity or one closely aligned with them. This can be a temple, holy site, or even the vicinity of a powerful servant of said deity.
Rank 3
Open Portal: Arcane Exclusive. At-will, full round; you attempt to open a permanent portal, if one of its endpoints is within range. Roll a Spellcraft check--the default DC is 20, although some portals are deliberately harder to open. If the portal requires a key, and you do not have it, the DC is 15 points higher. If you open the portal, an aperture large enough for a gargantuan creature appears at both ends, and anyone can pass in either direction. The portal stays open for 1 minute, though you can sustain it with full concentration, passing the same Spellcraft check each time.
Hexgate (Invoker exclusive): open portal to any creature for which you have a sympathetic component, even a co-planar creature.
