Psionics
Psionics is a collection of skills unique to the Psion. All uses of psionics are skill checks.

Psionic Skills
All psionics is performed by using one of several Psionic Skills, all of which you are proficient in:
- Biometabolism (Wis)
- Psychokinesis (Cha)
- Psychoportation (Int)
- Metacreativity (Int)
- Clairsentience (Wis)
- Telepathy (Cha)
Whenever you use any psychic power, you roll the skill to which that power belongs. The skill roll determines the DC of any saving throws, and may also determine the extent of the effect.
Psionic Focus
You have the ability to empower your psychic abilities when needed.
For each of your three mental ability scores, you have 1 point of Psionic Focus per point of ability bonus, specific to that skill. For example:
- Alice has Int 16 (+3), Wis 14 (+2), and Cha 15 (+2).
- She therefore has:
- 3 Focus points for Int-based skills (Psychoportation and Metacreativity).
- 2 Focus points for Wis-based skills (Biometabolism and Clairsentience).
- 2 Focus points for Cha-based skills (Psychokinesis and Telepathy).
Focus Points can be expended for any of the following purposes:
- Suspension: Changes the duration of a Concentration power to 3 rounds.
- Reach: Changes the range of a touch power to ranged.
- Widen: Increases size of area power by 2 if burst/circle, 5 if cone, and 10 if line/wall (max +100% to existing size).
Additional uses of Focus Points may be enumerated in a power's description.
Psionic Powers

You can use any Rank 0 power on your list.
Rank 1
You know 2 psionic powers (rank 1+) per level. When you gain a level, you can select any 2 powers you don't already know, as long as you meet the rank requirement. If your DM is cool, you can also unlearn 1 old power and learn a new one of the same rank or lower.

- Adaptation (Wis): Adapt your body to the environment (temperature, atmosphere, hazards), gain resistance to damage types
- Biofeedback (Wis): Control over your own body's internal processes, including self-healing
- Combat Skill To Be Named (Wis): Use psychic energy to magnify your physical abilities (Iron Fist, Psychic Strength, tai chi stuff)
- Camouflage
Rank 2
- Metamorphosis: change your form for the purposes of disguise, or to gain new physical capabilities. Can copy existing creatures or create a unique or hybrid form.
- Iron Skin: change your skin to resist damage.
- Transparency
Rank 3
- Metaphasic Body: change your body to a liquid or a gas.
- Fission: split into two or more of yourself.
Psychokinesis

- Telekinesis (Cha): Project force at a distance
- Force Shield (Cha): Use telekinetic force to block damage
- Pyrokinesis (Cha): Manipulate and control fire
- Cryokinesis (Cha): Manipulate and control cold
- Electrokinesis (Cha): Manipulate and control lightning
Rank 2
- Inertial Control: modify inertia of creatures and objects (change vector, absorb inertia, etc)
- Gravity: increase or decrease gravity in an area.

- Disruption: disrupt molecular bonds in a target (disintegrate).
Psychoportation

- Space Compression - move near-instantly in a straight line, or make someone else move much less
- Hex Portal
- Wall Run - basically spider climb

- Dimension Shift - phase in/out of nearby planes, or banish enemies to another plane
- Temporal Acceleration (haste/slow)

- Psicraft: create psionic items, such as:
- astral beacons, used to orient yourself across any distance
- astral seeds, used to grow demiplanes within the Astral Plane
- psicrystals, used to store psychic power or aid concentration
- mental defenses (tower of iron will, mind trap, intellect fortress)

- Astral Construct (Int): Create an animated construct from your imagination which serves you faithfully.
- Hypercognition (Int): Think very, very fast; perform mental calculations in bullet-time.
