Mastery

Mastery describes how far you've come in a given talent path, and controls your access to talent-specific spells.

The rules are thus:

• To learn (through any method) path-specific spells of rank x, you must have at least 5 talents of rank x-1 in that path. Does not apply to rank 1 spells.
• To learn (through any method) path-specific spells of rank 1, you must have at least 1 talent in that path.
• You may not learn (through any method) more than 2 path-specific rank 1 spells per 1 talent point in that path. This limitation is removed when you have 5 talents in that path.
