A Combat Skill used to dodge attacks.

Rank Skill Use Action Description
Dodge

Immediate

At-will; you completely avoid a targeted attack. Must exceed attacker's hit check with your Dodge check. Requirements: attack must be damaging or debilitating, must be aware of attacker and attack, front arc only, targeted only.

Dodge Flanks

Immediate

As Dodge, but against flanks. Suffers a -10 to the check.

Dodge Rear

Immediate

As Dodge, but against rear arc. Suffers a -20 to the check.

Feat Prerequisite Description
Evade and Counter

On a successful Dodge, if you spend 1 Focus, you may take an immediate attack against your attacker, if within range. The attack may be any standard or swift action you would normally use for attack.

Mobile Dodge

-

On a successful Dodge, you may take an immediate 5-ft step at any point until your next turn starts (max 1/rd).

Uncanny Dodge

-

You may Dodge attacks of which you were not aware by spending 1 Focus for each such attack. (Does not apply to your flanks, only to unseen enemies)

Feat Prerequisite Description
Evasion

-

You may dodge area effects. To do so, you must immediately leap to a square not included in the area. This requires that you spend 1 Focus per square of movement.

The Maneuver

-

When you successfully Dodge an attack made by an enemy who is flanking you with one of his own allies, you cause the attack to affect the ally opposite your attacker instead. The same attack roll is used.

You suffer only a -5 penalty to Dodge Flanks and -10 to Dodge Rear.

Improved Evasion Evasion

There is no longer a cooldown, although you still cannot exceed your movement speed in any given round. Also, even if you fail the check, you take only half damage, unless you fail by 10 or more.
