Rank 1
Free Powers
- Missive: At-will, free; you telepathically speak with a subject within visual range, or someone you know well within 1 mile/level. Does not empower target with the ability to respond telepathically.
- Sensitivity to Psychic Impressions: DM power, pretty much. TBD.
Powers
- Empathy: You can sense emotions, and project your own emotions onto others. Can also sense surface thoughts, though resolving to specific concepts and words is challenging. TBD
- Suggestion: At-will, swift, short range; subject is compelled to obey a single-sentence (single-clause) command, Will ends (3-strike rule).
- Mind Thrust: At-will, std, medium range; you overload subject's mind with psionic energy, causing medium psychic damage plus confusion for 1 rd (Will negates).
Feats
- Mind Spike: You may forego the confusion of Mind Thrust, thereby increasing the damage to heavy.
- Mindstorm: You may extend Mind Thrust's duration to Will ends, max 3 rds, but the damage decreases to light damage plus same on turn start.
- Command: You may speak a one-word Suggestion as an immediate action (recharge 33%).
Rank 2
Powers
- Mindlink: You link minds with touched subject, gaining access to their deep thoughts, memories, etc, and they, in turn, to yours (though non-telepathic targets know little of how to exercise this). Complicated. TBD.
- Object Reading: Read psychic impressions on an object; learn about its creation and history, or of psychically-energetic events that imprinted upon it. TBD
- Remote Viewing: Your mind detaches from your body and can remotely experience distant locales and events. TBD.
Rank 3
Powers
- Astral Projection: blee.
- Mind Seed: Implant a portion of your own mind in the subject. Can spy on subject's thoughts, serve as a springboard for future mind invasion, take physical actions with target's body that its primary mind cannot predict or prevent, etc. TBD.
- Catapsi: Disrupts concentration in the area, particularly harmful to spellcasters. TBD
