Stealth
Used to hide, attack from the shadows, pick pockets, etc.
Skill Uses
- Hide: At-will, swift, range 0, requires concealment; you hide, effectively becoming invisible to anyone who does not beat your Stealth check result with their Perception.
- You may move while hidden. You may use the same Stealth result as long as the situation doesn't change. The situation changes if the type of concealment you are using changes, or if something happens to change the alertness of other creatures in the area. If you leave concealment, you become visible.
- You cannot move faster than half speed, nor use the charge or full run actions; if you do, you must pass a new Stealth check, at a penalty of -5 (move at full speed) or -10 (charge or run). If you jump or tumble, you must pass a new Stealth check, at a penalty of -5 (or -10 if you failed at the Agility check).
- If you attack, cast a spell, or perform any action other than to sneak or do something particularly stealthy (DM discretion), you automatically become visible.
