At-will, swift, short range, reserve; you move a mass of water within the range. You can move a mass of water up to Large size ( 1 category per rank). Alternatively, you may affect a similarly-sized mass of water inside a larger body. Does not confer the ability of levitation; water can be "nudged", but the strength of the effect isn't enough to lift the entire mass off the ground. Water can move up to 6 squares per action. |

- Assault
- Dessicate: At-will, std, medium range; target is rapidly dehydrated. Assuming the target contains water, it suffers nominal biological damage. Creatures especially comprised of water (such as water elementals) suffer double the amount.
Rank 2
- Metamagic
- Liquid Spell: 2 Mana. Converts any other spell into a liquid effect. If targeted, adds same effect ongoing for 3 rounds, can be scraped off as full-round action. If area, effect spreads along original vector to same radius each round for 3 rounds; example: a cone 3 spreads 3 more squares the next round in the same direction, then 3 more, etc.
- Shaping
- Wall of Water: At-will, swift, medium range, path 1/Mana, concentration; creates a path of 5-ft cubes of water. Water absorbs most effects (10x nominal damage = hp per 5-ft cube), must swim to move through.

- Debilitation
- Orb Trap: At-will, swift, medium range; target is encased within a sphere of water, max 10' radius. The sphere levitates 1 square off the ground. Subject is drowning while inside, and cannot take actions except to try to swim out, unless he has a natural swim speed. The sphere moves with them (up to 3 sq/rd), so swimming out is very difficult--the subject must swim 4 squares in a single round. The sphere lasts as long as you sustain it (sustain free, 1 mana/rd). Exclusive.
