You feel terribly ill; any sudden movement caused overwhelming nausea. |
| Effect |
Each time you take a strenuous action, such as attacking, using a power, or pretty much anything except moving at half speed, you must pass a Fort save (same DC, does not end effect) or be Wracked until the start of your next turn, failing the action. Also, all push/pull/slide attacks against you force the same check. |
